Ingredients

Banana, chopped

Carrot, washed and chopped

Clementine, separated into segments

1 tbsp

Fresh ginger, grated

250ml

Fresh orange juice

¼ tsp

Turmeric

¼ tsp

Ground cinnamon

60g

Plain low-fat yoghurt

Handful of ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender in the order listed and blend until the mixture has a thick, smooth consistency. 
  2. Taste for sweetness, adding a sweetener is optional. We recommend honey for better flavour and evidence suggests it has some antioxidant effects.
